Because our programs involve immediate access to digital material and limited coaching availability, the policies below help us honor both our clients and the integrity of our offerings.

Courses & Digital Products

All digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased, due to the instant access provided.

However, we want you to feel fully supported.

If you encounter any issues accessing your materials or need assistance navigating the program, please contact us at jihana@rootedtoreign.org and we will gladly help.​

One-on-one Coaching Sessions

​

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session if you contact me at least 12 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed with less than 12 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

• All cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of when they are made.

• If you choose to cancel your session, the payment will not be refunded.

Missed Sessions

• If you do not attend your scheduled session (a “no-show”), the session is considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

• All coaching purchases are final.

• There are no refunds for cancellations, missed sessions, or unused packages.
